New Interchange Bylaw being Proposed at City Hall

A new bylaw, “Spencer Road Interchange Local Area Service Establishment Bylaw No. 1156, 2008″, is going up for first/second/third reading tonight at Langford City Hall. The big question is, why? There are are only a few ammendments that differenciate it from bylaw No. 1147.

Further to this, Bylaw 1148 has been rolled back to third reading, and is going for third reading again as amended.

The only way to find out what they are up to is to attend the meeting tonight and ask.
