A legal dustup between Vancouver developer Robert Quigg and Bear Mountain mastermind Len Barrie appears headed to a speedy resolve.
 
A lawsuit filed last week in B.C. Supreme Court in Vancouver on behalf of Quigg’s company QBM Holdings alleges Bear Mountain CEO Len Barrie made misleading statements during negotiations surrounding Quigg’s $1.4-billion condo component of the Langford resort. Read the rest of this entry »
