At Tuesday’s night’s Langford Council meeting, several residents from Revillo Place attended an at-time raucous meeting to express their concerns. Revilo is off of Phipps, which is the street between Station Ave and Wal-Mart. It wasn an odd moment in the meeting, with decorum at times suffering, the audience breaking out into laughter periodically, and a persistent heckler who took issue with Langford Council.
