The agenda is up for Monday night’s Council meeting. Amongst several development applications being discussed or voted upon, City Hall receiving an award for their affordable housing strategy, and a committee report on renewing property tax exemptions for 2009 (often granted to churchs and certain other institutions), are a few more controversial nuggets.
