If you’re interested in running in the local government election, taking place on November 15th, your last day to register is Friday at 4PM at City Hall. You need to be endorsed by two other eligible voters to run in Langford. At present there is only one candidate who has openly declared their intentions to the media to run. The only other person who has publically discussed the possibility of running for Council in the media, to the best of my knowledge, was someone identified only as Bea who called in to CFAX earlier this year (select this link to listen to the interview).
