In the interests of fairness to all, as only some, not all of the candidates running for Langford Council comment here, and in recognition that this is a news site that encourages public discussion through commenting on news stories and issues happening within Langford, I am ending the thread of comments purely questioning and answering questions to individual candidates about their views and platforms, as this is campaigning, but only campaigning by a select few, which seems blatantly unfair. Bus Service over the Malahat!!

Yesterday, Monday, October 20th was an historic day, the first day for regional transit bus service running over the Malahat as covered in the Times-Colonist article. The bus route runs to and from Duncan to downtown Victoria stopping at Cowichan, Cobble Hill, Shawnigan, Mill Bay, Spectacle Lake along the way, as well as stops on Millstream and Helmcken.
