Vick Siu – Candidate for Councillor in Langford and Colwood

Vick Siu is running for Councillor in the City of Langford and the City of Colwood. This is perfectly legal, though highly unusual. He lives in Colwood and works in Langford and said in the Times Colonist article about Vick Siu’s candidacy he was encouraged to run by people in both municipalities.
