Remember everyone, when it comes time again to turn and refresh your garden, support your local small business like Little Elf and Tower Fence. God knows the lure of the big box pricing is strong, but they do not have the customer service and product expertise required to attain a truly satisfying result like these people who have been years in the business.

I am appalled by Mayor Young's comments in yesterdays Times Colonist and this is why we need change in Langford.

Young said the call was "unfortunate" but not threatening.
"I hate to see it," he said, "but if you're gonna side with people who want to kill jobs, I can see why people won't go to their business."

This type of response is customary of a bully. He says that it's "unfortunate and he hates to see it" but tries to minimize the tactic by saying, "but if you're gonna side with people who want to kill jobs, I can see why people won't go to their business."

One could argue that these comments are not bullying but if one were to combine all his comments and actions over the past year the finding would be that of a bully.
