		<description><![CDATA[Although I do not totally disagree with the above posts, in fairness, if council has done its homework, the meeting should be fairly quick. However decisions are not supposed to be pre-determined when they come to council, or committees. In theory, if there is new input via the public, or new information from staff, that should trigger a lengthy discussion. Rarely happens, but that is another issue.]]></description>
