The Vancouver Island Community Forest Action Network (VIC-FAN) is reporting tonight that the judge hearing their case against the City of Langford and the South Skirt Mountain landowners has concluded there is sufficient merit in the case to continue hearing it until at least Friday. In a comment on social media site Facebook, VIC-FAN representative Zoe Blunt said of today’s proceedings:
