Arrests Made in Kimberly Proctor Homicide Investigation

The Westshore RCMP released four press releases today in the Kimberly Proctor homicide investigation:

Arrests Made in Kimberly Proctor Homicide Investigation
Charges Laid Against 16 Year Old Murder Suspect
Charges Laid Against Second Murder Suspect

At the suggestion of Inside Langford reader “Jay”, comments have been disabled out of respect for Kimberly Proctor’s family.

Results of ALR removal applications

The graphic on the left of the screen (please visit http://insidelangford.ca/ if you’re viewing this in your email) is a summary of the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC) decisions regarding exclusion (removal of) land from the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) in Langford. With this batch processed, ALC staff member Gordon Bednard indicated recently in an email query that there are no ALR exclusion applications for Langford currently before the ALC. Monday Night Langford Council Meeting
