After a week-long absence to attend the Union of BC Municipalities meeting, Langford Council returns to Council Chambers Monday night. Don’t blink – you might miss another bylaw authorizing the City of Langford to borrow $3 million more for the ‘Bridge to Nowhere.’ Bylaw 1369, with no public hearing, only the staff report to Council, and the first time the general public could be aware of the bylaw, is going through First, Second and Third readings all at the same council meeting, this Tuesday.
